Declutter in Action

blog-photos-015.jpgThree containers: trash, give away, goes elsewhere (where’s the rest of my photo?)

blog-photos-016.jpgBefore picture of my side of the vanity. Goal: be able to store my makeup bag under the sink instead of beside it on the counter.

blog-photos-018.jpgThree containers filled. (what is with the half a picture thing?!)

blog-photos-017.jpgAfter picture. (no judging about the vast amount of hair product in my cabinet. This post is about the vanity, not my vanity. πŸ™‚

  1. They don’t call it a vanity for nothin’, do they?:)

Nice work. I think half a picture means half the visual clutter. Works for me!Do the products on the “stepstool” organizer stay upright? I have to have sides on my containers, I’m such a klutz.

  2. I meant that I’d rather trade it to you for something you may want of mine or buy it from you…not buy it from the department store. Sorry! I’m not that much of a snob πŸ™‚ I have a Bath and Body Works closet so pick away. Actually, I’m going to call you!

  3. If the honey suckle body mist is still available, I would love that. I miss the honeysuckle smell so much from my old neughborhood, and this just may be a small way of bringing back memories. πŸ™‚

Also, congrats on getting your vanity organized. I’ve been wanting to do that to our bathroom vanity, but haven’t yet.

  4. if you can’t get rid of the coconut lime verbena lotion I’d take it…I’d send you $$ for shipping…but you might not want the hassle πŸ™‚

  5. I’m just impressed that you can barely tell in the first picture that you have a stepstool-type organizer under there – I thought “what a good idea” when I saw it in the second picture, and then realized it was there all along!

The real question: is your vanity still organized a few days later? πŸ™‚

  6. Just wanted to let you know that you are missed in blog-o-sphere! Just making sure you’re declutter didn’t go a little too far with you getting buried under something! (:
